Kajian Transportasi Laut pada Era New Normal Di Kabupaten Bombana

This study aims to investigate sea transportation in the new normalera Bombana Regency, especially at Kasipute Port. studyincludes number of ships operated, passengersdeparted and arrived Port, analyzing serviceperformance Port before during normalera. The research method was carried out by collecting secondarydata as data recapitulation operated volume ofpassengers departed Office ofthe Regency Harbormaster then primary get byinterviewed passengers (respondents) filling questionnaires.It service quality analysis using Importance PerformanceAnalysis (IPA).The results showed that normal era, ofships experienced highest decline reaching 58% May2020. Meanwhile, largest percentage decrease passengersduring era 85% for and77% port May 2020. Thedecline occurred duringthe partly due PSBB imposed theBombana Government since April 2020, so it limited themovement people marine mode. Basedon analysis, priority factors inimproving performance atKasipute are comfort ship (E1), cleanliness ship(C2), time departure (D1), while priorityfactors improving erais provision masks (E3), (C2), shipdeparture (D1) (E1).
